The Palm is open every day of the week for visitors. The timings are from Monday to Sunday: 9 AM to 8:30 PM; Last admission: 7:30 PM.
You can spend around 30 minutes out on the observation deck. Depending on the time of your visit and the heat, you may want to spend less time or more.
Prime hours, between 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM offer spectacular sunset views and are definitely worth a visit. However, this is when you'll find larger crowds. If you're looking for smaller crowds, ideally visit during weekdays during non-prime hours, which is between 10:00 AM to 03:30 PM and 07:30 PM to closing.

You can take public transport to The Palm. The closest metro station to The Palm Tower is the Nakheel Metro Station, it’s a 15-minute drive from here. You can also take bus number 81 to the Burj Al Arab Hotel 2 stop, change to bus number 8, and get down at the Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station. From the Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station, you can get down at Nakheel Mall and follow the directions to The Palm Tower.

Let me say that it is greater than what humans have achieved anywhere in the world. The Emir did something what others have not done. We have heard of Hoover Dam, Mt Rushmore, and many things in Singapore, but an island this big and so many buildings standing on it to prove it is an engineering marvel and much more. Lot of respect for the UAE Emir's vision, the administration, men and women that worked on it. Even the Americans could not have done something like this. The negative part is, we circled around Palm Jumiera three times just to find the road to get to The View. It was very frustrating. After we got there the ticket prices were so high and the agent at the ticket counter got upset with us that we questioned the difference in online pricing and on-site pricing. When you can pull off something this big, I dont think it should be focused on money and upselling. More people should be able to come look at what you have done. Burj Kalifa is another marvel, prices were astoundingly high there too. UAE has money, my recommendation is that the focus should be on increasing the foot traffic to the Kalifa so more economically challenged people can enjoy the engineering marvel that the Emiratis have shown the world that they dont wait for things to happen, they make things happen. Nevertheless, lot of respect for the Emiratis and my family had a great time.

Visiting the Burj was definitely the highlight of our trip. We were scheduled to go up at 5pm and surprisingly there were no queues. The whole experience was amazing and fun.
Had an amazing experience visiting Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Burj Khalifa Dubai – both iconic in their own way! Ferrari World was all about thrill and speed – especially the Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster! An absolute must-try if you love adventure. Burj Khalifa was just magical. The view from the top left me speechless – went around sunset, and it was the perfect timing. 🎟️ Booked everything via Headout – super smooth, great deals, and no waiting in long lines. Highly recommend!
Though the weather was hot but the experience of visiting 124 & 125th Floor at the Top of Burj Khalifa was very good and memorable I wanted to go to 148th floor but was too expensive, I request Headout to conisder discounts when more than 1 person is visiting. But its worth visiting, I really enjoyed the visit and look forward to visit again with Family
It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!
Despite a shaky start as I was at the Dubai Mall and then caught a taxi to the Burj only to find out the entrance to At The Top was back at Dubai Mall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lift to the top was amazing as were the views.

It's a must-see, since it's the tallest building in the world. You gotta go at least once if you're in Dubai to see the view. It was a great experience even though the wait was long. The views are awesome, even though we only went up to the 124th floor.
We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.
At the Top of Burj Khalifa is an incredible experience that's absolutely worth it for the unforgettable views and iconic status. I Always book my tickets online – way better deals and quicker entry than at the door thank you head out for amazing deals ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am glad I took the advice of one of the reviewer, ticket price at the mall for Burj Khalifa was $249 AED, price via HeadOut online was 179 AED, people you do the math. The savings alone is plenty to buy gifts on 125th floor. Or enjoy the 40 AED waffle and a coffee. Thank you HeadOut.
Burj Khalifa & Dubai Aquarium An unforgettable experience! The Burj Khalifa offered stunning views of Dubai — especially at sunset. Everything was smooth, and the staff were very professional. The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo was magical. Walking through the tunnel with sharks and rays above was surreal, and the variety of marine life was impressive. Visiting the Burj Khalifa observation decks on the 124th and 125th floors was an unforgettable experience. The views of Dubai were absolutely breathtaking. The elevator ride up was super fast and smooth, and the entire area was well organized and clean. A must-do when in Dubai!
Views are spectacular! Great experience having seen the building for over 10 years to finally go up. Queues are crazy though, so build in at least an hour for that (up and down)
Its good, but even though there was no rush, due to only 1 lift working there was a longue queue while returning. The only thing which I personally did not expect at such high profile building.

The team make your experience amazing, we got a complimentary upgrade to a sofa and had everything tailored for us. The view is worth the price, would 100% come back for the evening experience!
The view was nice, menu a bit limited. My daughter ordered noodles and no where did it say it had egg in it, which clearly ruined her main meal as she didn't like egg. Waiter offered to get something else, but nothing else on the menu she wanted, just chips would have been nice.
Super view from the pool from over 200m above Dubai ......very friendly staff. Can only be recommended as a highlight for your Dubai vacation.
Getting in was very smooth and easy. They showed us to our seats and our menus and gift tote bag. The pool and view was amazing, could of been warmer for me but was ok once you were in. The staff Peter and Annass were contentive and polite ..great hosts. Food was lovely and so were the drinks. We did the night experience and very recommended

The 360-degree panoramic skyline is simply spectacular. Whether you're looking out over the Palm Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab, or the endless Arabian Gulf, every angle is picture-perfect. The atmosphere is serene and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind above the city. The infinity pool itself is stunning and immaculately maintained, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. I booked the 6 am to 9 am schedule. If you’re visiting Dubai, this is a must-do experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was one of the best aquarium adventure we have been to. Getting to the place was easy with Careem but there's also the monorail that takes you there. The amount of sea creatures are mesmerising and truly stunning. The show was spectacular and the divers were amazing.

But let’s talk about the Leap of Faith — that near-vertical slide that drops you through a shark-filled tank 🤯 It’s a full-on “scream-now-laugh-later” experience. The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

Desert safari was an amazing experience. Our host and driver Ranjit made sure we have a thrilling experience besides taking necesssry precautions. Ranji is highly recommended from my personal safari experience. Plus Dubai frame is spectacular and it gives a next level experience.
Loved the waterpark experience with my toddler and family, so many slides especially the lazy river was the best. We later enjoyed exceptional variety of cuisines at Kaleidoscope Buffet Dinner restaurant. Service and food was 10/10

This was a last minute pick when I gave up on the long standing queue on the ticket counter amd and an equally long queue to get inside the museum. So glad I could grab these last 2 tickets. Truly worth it. An hassle free entry and got to spend a full 3 hours inside the museum which we would have spent standing in the lines. This was a saviour for me. Also the digital transaction was totally smooth and quick and safe.

This weekend is really well spent with my friend visiting the Dubai Frame. It is a memorable one as we conquer our fears on heights and walking through the glass floor of the frame. The view atop is amazing as you can view the tallest structure on earth, the Burj Khalifa and other superstructures. You can spend ample time enjoying the galass floor and views along with friendly crowds and staffs. Moreover, there's an exhibit showing the United Arab Emirates history and rich culture. Highly recommended!

The museum at the base gives a really cool look into Dubai’s past, present, and future, and the immersive exhibits are super engaging. Walking across the glass floor at the top was a bit nerve-wracking but so worth it! Honestly, it’s one of those spots that gives you a whole new perspective on the city. I loved the way it's been designed showing us the old Dubai one side and the other side the new Dubai booking tickets using Headout app made the experience more fantastic and smooth. No waiting in lines over there and no hassle. Just simply show the ticket on the phone through the app and we were allowed inside in no time we are enjoying the experience. I totally recommend Headout app to everyone.

Just spent the day at Aquaventure, and honestly — it’s one of the wildest waterparks I’ve been to! From relaxing lazy rivers to adrenaline-pumping slides, there’s something for everyone. But let’s talk about the Leap of Faith — that near-vertical slide that drops you through a shark-filled tank 🤯 It’s a full-on “scream-now-laugh-later” experience. My heart was racing even before I climbed the stairs! Booking through the Headout app made everything super smooth. No long queues, instant confirmation, and I even got a better deal than other platforms. Highly recommend using it if you want a hassle-free day. Pro tip: Go early to avoid long lines and definitely bring waterproof phone pouches — you’ll want to capture every moment!

Loved the waterpark experience with my toddler and family, so many slides especially the lazy river was the best. We later enjoyed exceptional variety of cuisines at Kaleidoscope Buffet Dinner restaurant. Service and food was 10/10

A magical family day on Sunday August 3! 🎉 The slides were just incredible, with thrills and a good dose of adrenalin 😍. Between two descents, we took advantage of the relaxation areas to recharge our batteries. A perfect blend of fun and relaxation in an absolutely brilliant park!
No issue with tickets issue was in the park a few of the big rides broke down but there was other rides but only fast pass people could use so they kept general users in the queue, this was inside a building that was so hot kids were being physically sick. We ordered food & was told we had to buy the free refill cup which was ok but then it wasn't free you had to pay to top it up. To top it all off taxi back to hotel wasn't a proper taxi although in the taxi queue & was 3 times the price! They shouldn't be allowed
Bothe experiences were awesome. The offer should state that things like lockers are charged extra. Though not of importance to us this may be important for budget traveller's.

Aquaventure is an absolutely fantastic waterpark! All the rides were amazing. However, one thing that needs attention is the time mentioned on the Headout ticket booking website. The website currently lists the park opening time as 9:00 AM, but the actual opening time is 10:00 AM. This caused some confusion and unnecessary waiting at the entrance.
Great time unfortunately ruined by entitled school students. They pushed the lines and climbed railings to get ahead. No consideration for other and the teachers defended it.
